In this workshop, we will discuss three menstruums (solvents) used to make tinctures, when and why to take a tincture rather than a tea or infusion, and how to make tailored herbal tinctures using locally available herbs (rhizomes, roots, leaves, flowers, seeds). We will also discuss the uses of various plants and their effects on the body.
