Buena Vista, Colorado
Ideally situated less than a mile from downtown historic Buena Vista, CO (elevation 7,954 ft) and 1.5 miles to the Arkansas River, The Forager's Mountain Inn offers easy access to shops, live music venues, and eateries that serve a variety of libations. We're also just minutes away from many of the best hiking and mountain biking trails Buena Vista has to offer, outstanding rafting, kayaking, and SUP opportunities, and 102 miles of Gold Medal water. Whether you’re into reaching the summit of one of our many “14ers,” playing on the Arkansas River, or simply want to relax in one of our local hot springs, we’ve got you covered!
The Terra Room is the master bedroom. It features a queen-sized bed, a reading area with a pull-out sofa bed, a work desk, a spacious, private ensuite bathroom, and hand woven art from Erica’s travels around the world.
The Terra room
The Terra Room is one of two private suites at the Inn. This deluxe suite features a queen-sized bed with an organic wool, cotton, and natural latex mattress, organic cotton sheets and pillows, and soft natural linen bedding. A seating area offers a quiet place to read or wind down with a glass of wine. The plush loveseat converts into an oversized twin bed. There is also a desk for those who need to work, and access to a printer can be arranged upon request. The ensuite master bathroom features an oversized shower, all organic terry cotton towels and bath robes, and all-natural sundries. From within the bathroom, there is a separate entrance into a spacious, cedar-lined dry sauna that may be available for use upon request.

The Moon Room features a queen-sized all-natural mattress, luxurious organic cotton sheets and plush natural linens. There is a small antique work desk with adjustable lighting, a seating area for lounging or reading, and blackout curtains that can be drawn if you’re looking to sleep in. There is also a private, ensuite 3/4 bathroom stocked with extra towels and natural toiletries.
